Good evening folks!!!!
First of all, I'm getting spoiled. Since the kids don't start school until Wednesday, I have been sleeping in until one of them wakes me up. Today was 7:15. Now, to some of you, that probably sounds early. To me, anything after 7AM is a gift. When school resumes, I'll have to be up by 6:30 at the latest to get everyone (including myself) ready to go. So as of now, I'm enjoying this gift. I fell asleep last night at 8:45PM. I know, I know...sad. But it felt soooo good!
Breakfast was my beloved Fage with a half cup of fiber one and 3/4 cup of strawberries on top. I mixed the Fage with a tbsp of sugar free strawberry jelly. Very filling! Fage is loaded with protein! I also had a cup of coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a tbsp of sugar free vanilla syrup.
I went to Spin class where we did a sweaty 45 minutes of spin followed by lower body and abs. I think my abs are getting a good work out this week!
Following spin I met a friend for sushi (another obsession of mine). I started with a cup of miso soup and some edamame. I had a spicy tuna roll and a yellow tail roll and 4 tuna nigiris. Full and happy.
Next was Costco where I loaded up on some basics and came home to see that my brother's wedding pictures were up. I loved looking at them! It brought me back to that awesome weekend!
I took a 30 minute ab class (more abs!) which was excellent. Abs are my problem area. I doubt I'll ever wear a bikini again but I'd still like them to be a little more toned.
Dinner was the same thing as last night. Hubby is working again so I had the rest of the meatballs and spaghetti. I really do enjoy pasta. Especially the whole wheat variety. So filling and delicious!! With one point left I will be enjoying a fudge popsicle later this evening. Nite all.
