Ouch. I think it's time to get back to basics, right?? :) But before we do that, I need to rewind to yesterday.
On the plane I had some more of those Pop Chips. Those things are good!! When I got home, I was starving and we didn't have a lot going on in the fridge so I went with some leftover from the bbq that hubby had the night before:

A hot dog, chicken, corn and some pasta. We hung out for awhile until my mother in law arrives. We went to Garcia's Mexican restaurant for dinner. I split chicken & beef fajitas with my mother in law:
I went to sleep early last night and had a fabulous sleep! Yes!! I was ready for some healthy food for breakfast for sure! I had a container of Dannon's Light & Fit yogurt in the fridge that needed to be eaten. I added a half cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, a quarter cup Fiber One and some strawberries and blackberries:
After taking the kiddos to school, I went to Cardio Muscle & Zumba classes. I was totally in the work out mode! After burning a TON of calories, I was starving. I was going to get my standard Subway but I decided it was time to mix things up! I went into Vons hoping to make a salad from the salad bar but they didn't have one. :( So I got a turkey sandwich on wheat instead:
I picked up my son and took him to McDonalds so he could play (and have a milkshake) while we waited for my daughter to get out of school. We picked her up and came home. Then it was errands time: gas, dry cleaners, groceries and pharmacy. I picked up a latte on the way:
I'm not a coffee drinker...but I love a good hot chocolate at Starbucks!
ReplyDeleteYour breakfast looks so good. I love a single non fat latte with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top.
