Back on track ladies and gentleman. Tonight is Bunco…will I be able to keep it up? Stay tuned….
Last night I defrosted a serving of Elie Krieger’s Four Cheese Mac and Cheese and added some steamed broccoli and lots of Cholula hot sauce:
I took my son to an event at his school. When we got back I had some dessert:
Special K granola with almond milk and dried cranberries…a personal favorite. :)
Breakfast was a new concoction:
That is a whole wheat waffle with peanut butter, a chopped apple and sprinkling of cinnamon. It actually kept me full for awhile. Winner!
I took the kids to school and went to spin class.
Lunch was a turkey and swiss sandwich with tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and mustard. On the side…hummus and veggies:
I ran some errands, stopped at Starbucks for some tea and picked up the kids from school. I grabbed some pineapple for a snack before hopping in the shower to get ready for Bunco tonight.
Bunco is at my friend Dina’s house and she’s having a “pasta bar” tonight with all the fixings. Will all my hard work be sabotaged with a ton of carbs?? We shall see…
What is your favorite shape of pasta? I love all the wide noodle types: egg noodles, papardelle, fettuccini, etc.
