Foodbuzz Festival Day Two: Sessions and Taste Pavilion
Yesterday the food extravaganza continued at breakfast. Breakfast and morning sessions were located at the Federated Media Headquarters.
I helped myself to a bit of everything. My favorite was the pumpkin bread.
I went back for a second slice.
Then it was time for the sessions to begin.
The first session was “Taking Your Blog to the Next Level.” On the panel were Kath (Kath Eats Real Food), Sarah (Peas and Thank You), Joy (Joy the Baker), Tracy (Shutterbean) and Jessica (How Sweet It Is).
They spoke about growing your blog from a fun hobby to a successful business. They gave great tips including things like “be yourself”, “speak in your own voice”, “have great photography” and “just have fun.”
The next session I attended was “The DSLR-Free Zone” where I learned tips on how to take great pictures using a point and shoot camera as well as an Iphone.
The last session was “Introduction to Adobe Lightroom": Making Good Photos Great.” I don’t have Lightroom but was curious about it and now I want to buy it for sure! I need all the help I can get in the photography department.
After the sessions concluded, we were bused over to City View at the Metreon for the Taste Pavilion.
There were so many delicious foods and beverages to try. I won’t go into all of them but I thought I’d share a few photos of my favorites.
Stay tuned for the recap of the rest of the fabulous Foodbuzz weekend. I just arrived at the airport for my flight home. I can’t believe how fast it all went!
so fun! I love all of the displays! The cupcake one is awesome - really modern - I like that it's not round!
