141.6…Three B’s
Friday night we took the kids to PF Changs for dinner. I ordered the Shanghai Shrimp with Garlic Sauce.
I ate the entire plate with an entire bowl of brown rice.
With tons of spicy sauce, it was heaven.
Yesterday’s breakfast was toast with Teddie peanut butter and some strawberries.
Then we hit the road for Orange County. Yesterday was all about the three B’s: Birthdays, Buca di Beppo and Bowling!
We met my husband’s family at Buca di Beppo restaurant to celebrate my mother in law and my niece’s birthday.
We all shared some Chopped Antipasto Salad:
Caesar Salad:
My salad plate:
We also shared two different kinds of pastas: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and my personal favorite: Spicy Chicken Rigatoni.
After lunch it was time to bowl!
I rocked my pink bowling shoes:
I scored a 95. For me, that is excellent. Almost miraculous.
We went back to my mother in law’s house. I chilled on the couch, drank some wine, ate some chili, and watch the USC football team kick some Oregon Ducks butt!!!! Great night!!!
This morning I had an English muffin with Teddie peanut butter and some strawberries for breakfast.
I need to get ready to go to my friend Cathi’s Cookie Party. You bring 5 dozen homemade cookies. You get to taste everyone’s cookies, vote on the best tasting and take home a TON of cookies! It’s a blast every year!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
How often do you go bowling?
Have you ever been to a cookie party? What cookie did you bring?
SOUNDS like heaven! I love some pf chang! I usually get the soy salmon - awesommmeeee. Fun! I don't go bowling enough and sadly i've never had pink shoes either - cute!
ReplyDeleteI love to bowl - I actually was on a bowling league in my early 20's - it was always a fun Friday night of bowling and beer! I could easily bowl in the low 200's.
ReplyDeleteNow? I too am lucky to break 100! Love cookie exchanges!
I don't bake much, but I do make a mean snickerdoodle cookie!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the Snickerdoodle link! Question: what temp and how long do you bake them? Maybe I'm missing it somewhere?
