138.4…Birthday Burgers
Today is my husband’s birthday! Last night our friends took us out to celebrate. My husband chose the Hamburger Factory.
I know I mentioned yesterday that I wasn’t going to eat any hot wings but let’s get real. The guys wanted to order them…..there was no way I wasn’t going to have any.
I ordered a junior cheeseburger with all the fixings.
We all shared some onion rings and fries.
When a birthday treat came out for my husband, I had to have a taste.
Well….maybe a few tastes. :)
This morning’s breakfast was scrambled egg beaters with salsa, zucchini, spinach, onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
This plate comes in at a bit under 200 calories and keeps me full longer than any other breakfast that I normally have.
I walked to the gym for my Zumba class and walked home. Instead of driving, I burn an extra 100 calories by walking. Score!
Lunch was a big tuna salad loaded with veggies!
Delicious! I was inspired by this video from Michelle from the Bachelor/Bachelor Pad to put mustard in my tuna salad. I already put mustard on the bread for tuna sandwiches so…why not?
By the way….she has really awesome makeup and hair tip videos!!!
Today we are meeting some out of town friends at their hotel for some swimming fun and dinner. Have a great rest of your day!
Happy Birthday to my husband! Love you!
Where or what do you normally eat on your birthday? I like to go to my favorite restaurant Firenze or to Ruth’s Chris for an amazing steak dinner.
Happy Birthday to your hubs! While I love Ruth's Chris, a burger joint would work for me too!
ReplyDeleteI have only eaten out like 3 times this year since my husband has been sick - hopefully we'll get out by summer! :D
Mine was Sunday and I chose Olive Garden b/c I haven't been in a while. Last year I chose an inexpensive place to be kind to everyone's budget. I think it's different every year for me.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know she had a you tube chanel!
ReplyDeleteHappy B-day to the hubby! :)
I would love to celebrate my birthday with foods cooked by my Mom. Sounds childish, I know. But hey, mother's cooks are the best foods all over the world :)
