Another Day in Paradise

We arrived in paradise yesterday.

Hello from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! We arrived yesterday, grabbed a cab at the airport and made a stop at Costco for snacks/beverages for the room. We  finally arrived at the hotel only to find that our room was next door to heavy construction. After a lot of moving, we were finally upgraded to a nice two bedroom suite.

My brother and his wife finally arrived and we began celebrating!

This is the first time we have taken a trip with them and we all couldn’t wait to enjoy our vacation.

Our room comes with an amazing view and a hot tub!

We decided to go to Edith’s for dinner.

The restaurant was super busy so we went to the bar for a drink while we waited for our table.

They make a mean margarita there! It was excellent!

We were served a tostada type of appetizer to start.

It was served with fresh pico de gallo salsa and was delicious.

We shared “Tuna Tartare Taquitos” as well.

Also delicious!

For my entree, I ordered the Grilled Shrimp.

Outstanding! The shrimp were huge and perfectly prepared! I highly recommend Edith’s if you are ever in Cabo.

After dinner we enjoyed some time in our hot tub and then went to bed.

For breakfast, I toasted up half a bagel and added a slice of cheddar cheese.

We decided to head to the pool.

I enjoyed a refreshing glass of wine.

We ordered fish tacos for lunch. They were perfect.

Grilled seabass, jicima, shredded carrots, chipotle mayonnaise and an assortment of salsas.

We spent the entire day at the pool savoring the fabulous view.

Tonight we are headed to sushi. I’m so excited!
