136.0 yesterday; 135.0…The Ouch Factor
I think every time I’ve been at my parent’s house, we have El Pollo Loco for one of our meals. Tuesday night was no different.
Chicken, flour tortillas and cole slaw. Each time I order the same thing too!
Wednesday morning’s breakfast was a toasted cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut butter.
I drove back to San Diego where I met Lisa for a late lunch at Wahoo’s.
Fish taco diet rules.
When I got home, this was waiting for me:
Looks like our pumpkin wilted a bit in the heat. I had to giggle a bit….it looks so funny!
I picked the kids up from school and then met Lisa at Cinepolis for dinner and movie. I wanted to thank her for all her amazing help with my broken foot. We saw “Flight” and enjoyed some mozzarella sticks and onion rings. I also had a glass of wine. Dinner of champions! No pictures…too dark in the theater. The movie was pretty good…a bit depressing but entertaining nonetheless.
This morning’s breakfast was pineapple Chobani, Coconut-Sour Cherry Granola, and strawberries.
I took the kids to school and went to my nail appointment. Afterwards I stopped in at Luna Grill for lunch. Greek salad with a chicken kabob:
Absolutely fabulous salad.
After lunch I did something I’ve wanted to do for a long time: I went to my first laser hair removal treatment. I’m doing my legs, under arms and bikini. I was a bit nervous about it but I have a high pain tolerance so I figured I’d be fine. So….here’s the pain breakdown: legs didn’t hurt at all, bikini was a tad painful but the underarms took the cake in the pain department. OUCH! I will probably have 4-5 more treatments and each time they will be less painful. Good thing!
I picked up the kids from school and came home. Dinner was very simple.
Linguine and Costco pesto. Delish!
What’s your pain tolerance level?
Have you ever had laser hair removal?
I've done all over but almost passed out during an under arm treatment. Crazy painful!!
