139.8…Fabulous Phil’s
We have a friend from out of town staying with us. We knew exactly where to take him: Phil’s BBQ. The best BBQ in San Diego, hands down.
Half rack of the best baby back ribs ever and cole slaw. The potato salad was for my husband. Don’t forget the fabulously fried onion rings!
I went to bed fat and happy last night.
Breakfast this morning was a toasted English muffin with peanut butter and strawberries.
I took the kids to school and then hit the road for Los Angeles to visit my parents. My mom and I ran some errands and then stopped at Corner Bakery for lunch. I decided to try their chicken salad sandwich along with a Caesar salad.
I really enjoyed the sandwich. Now, I don’t like fruit in my food so, on paper, I should not have liked this. The chicken salad had apples and currants in it and the bread has some sort of fruit in it. But…I actually really enjoyed it!
I’m staying the night at my parent’s house and I’m looking forward to some down time with them!
