139.6…More Salad

I overdosed on salad yesterday. First it was Marketplace Grill. Then, after my son's basketball game last night (they lost…boo), I picked up a Chopped Chicken salad from Sammy's Woodfired Pizza. 

My favorite salad ever.

Breakfast this morning was Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk.

I took my daughter to tennis and then off to McDonald's for lunch we went.

I guess the hot mustard sauce is no more. Sad. I do like putting the buffalo sauce on my grilled chicken McWrap, though!
