141.0…Birthdays Galore!

Friday night we celebrated our friend Jessica's birthday at the OB Warehouse. There was an AMAZING spread of food!

Plus a sushi bar and some other tray passed items. There was a DJ as well…it was a fun night! Friday night also happened to be my husband's birthday too!! 

Breakfast yesterday morning was a Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich.

We went to puppy class, my daughter's tennis lesson then out to lunch at Tio Leo's. I had the fish tacos.

We went to my son's first basketball game of the new season. (They lost. Boo.)

Since we didn't really get to celebrate my husband's birthday on Friday night, we celebrated with a few friends at Corvette Diner. I had never been! It's a 50's throwback diner complete with poodle skirts, waitresses with bouffant hair and an arcade. 

We split the "Garbage Plate":

I only ate one onion ring because I knew I had some good stuff coming. 

Dante's Inferno Burger (jalapeño mayo, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and jalapeños):

And more onion rings. :) The burger was pretty good!!  Another thing that the Corvette Diner is famous for is the "straw hairdo's" that the waitresses do. Mine was pretty rockin'.

Breakfast this morning was toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit. 

I did some stuff around the house including baking cookies that didn't turn out. They called for Heath toffee bits and I think mine were too old. Boo.

Lunch was Karl Strauss take-out. I had the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken.

We are off to our friend's house for a barbecue. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
