141.4…Gearing Up
Wednesday night's dinner took me all of 60 seconds to make. I reheated some Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup leftovers and had half a salami sandwich.
This dinner kind of reminded me of meals I ate in college: whatever random stuff was around.
Yesterday's breakfast was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Applesauce Granola, strawberries and blueberries.
After I took the kids to school, I went on an hour walk around my neighborhood. I usually go with someone but all my friends are out of town so I was solo. It was boring. I really don't like working out alone.
Lunch was a salami sandwich, veggies and ranch dressing. I'm definitely on a ranch dressing and veggies kick.
I went with my husband to a work event last night at the La Valencia hotel in La Jolla. I enjoyed some wine and a delicious buffet. Whenever there is a buffet, I like to play the "how much can I fit on my plate game." I usually win.
Dessert was tray passed mini treats…I tried a brownie and a mini cupcake.
Breakfast this morning was a toasted English muffin and half a grapefruit.
After I took the kiddos to school, I went to Cardio Muscle class. I have now worked out five times this week. It's been a long time since I was able to say that!
I ran some errands and then came home for lunch. This time it was a roast beef sandwich, veggies and ranch dressing.
I'm getting geared up for this weekend's craziness. We have a dinner tonight, we are celebrating my son's birthday tomorrow (complete with friends and family), a dinner tomorrow night and a wedding on Sunday. I'm tired just typing all this.
I'm making some dips for tomorrow so I need to get cracking!
Any fun weekend plans that you are gearing up for?
