143.0….Bikinis & Paninis
My sister in law and her children are visiting from Atlanta. They arrived Wednesday night. The kids swam and we ordered pizza and salad from Leucadia Pizza.
Breakfast Thursday morning was my usual egg beaters but I added broccoli this time to not be as boring.
I took the kids to school then volunteered for most of the morning.
Lisa had a "before the kids get out of school" lunch by her pool.
Lisa made DIna's Famous Paninis for lunch:
Ciabatta bread, goat cheese, pesto, sun dried tomato pesto and sliced chicken breast. Hands down the best panini ever. I had that half above plus 1 1/2 more halves.
We enjoyed the sunny weather and catching up.
I picked up the kids from school, went to my son's basketball practice then we all went to Tio Leo's for dinner. We shared some guacamole:
I was still full from the paninis so I just ordered one chicken and guacamole taco.
Really liked that taco. I'll order it next time for sure.
Breakfast this morning was pineapple Chobani yogurt, Applesauce Granola and strawberries.
After taking the kids to school, I had a couple PTO meetings. Afterwards I had to run some errands at the Fashion Valley Mall. There's a Love Boat Sushi there….I couldn't not go in.
Yellowtail and Tuna sushi:
Wasabi Roll (aka my favorite roll ever):
Not sure what our plans are for tonight but looking forward to relaxing at home!
What are you looking forward to this weekend?
