143.4…Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover

My favorite salad ever is back.

Before an event at the school last night, we went to Sammy's Woodfired Pizza for dinner. I had the Original Chicken Chopped Salad. To say I'm in love with this salad would be putting in mildly. 

We strolled over to Swirls Frozen Yogurt for some dessert. They had salted caramel pretzel flavor. Um….YUM!

Breakfast this morning was scrambled egg beaters with chicken sausage, green onions, salsa and cheddar cheese. 

After I took the kiddos to school, I went to the gym for some cardio and weights. I went to an appointment then back to the house for lunch. Chicken salad sandwich, veggies, ranch dressing and PopChips. 

Before heading to my son's basketball practice, I reheated the Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce leftovers including the mashed potatoes and broccoli. When it came out of the microwave, I thought that there's no way I should put a picture of this on my blog. I tried cleaning the plate up a bit. 

Still ugly. But guess what?? It tasted fabulous. Don't judge a book by its cover. 

I'm headed to Los Angeles tomorrow for the weekend for my nephew's Bar Mitzvah! Should be a fabulous time with the family!
