145.8…Stitch Fix Shipment #7
Another Stitch Fix box arrived! After last month's disaster box, I was nervous to see what was sent to me. At first look into the box, I started to feel let down but everything changed when I started trying the clothes on.
I'm always sent jeans of some sort. This time they were colored at least! :) The jeans were Mavi Gold Nigel Tall Length Skinny Jean. I tried the jeans on with the Market & Spruce Taber Foldover 3/4 Sleeve Sweater:
I love colored skinny jeans and these were great but I have a pair in a similar color. I would have kept them otherwise. Love the color. I loved the sweater. The color and fit was great…it will be perfect for fall. The sweater was a keeper!
With the jeans I tried on the 41Hawthorn Queensland Dolman Jersey Top:
Keeper! Perfect top for jeans or leggings. I love how long the top was…it's hard to find tops to wear with leggings that are long enough!
To that ensemble, I added the Mavi Kalie Denim Jacket:
Again, if I hadn't owned something similar, I would have kept it.
Last was the Renee C Gillie Leopard Print Blouse:
I went back and forth on this one. I loved the fit of the blouse. But…I have this weird thing about wearing lots of leopard print. I feel like it makes me look like…well…a cougar. Lol. I don't mind wearing leopard print shoes or a scarf but when there's a lot of animal print, it's too much for me. So, because of my weirdness, the blouse went back.
Overall, a much more successful Stitch Fix box! I requested the same stylist again so hopefully the success will continue!
Last night's dinner was some leftovers I pulled out of the freezer: Indian Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer and basmati rice:
It doesn't look as good as when it does fresh, but it sure tastes amazing!!
Breakfast this morning was an English muffin with peanut butter and half a grapefruit.
I took the kids to school, then went to Cardio Muscle class, followed by a ton of errands. Monday is usually my "get it done" day.
Lunch was tuna salad, veggies and ranch:
Do you wear a lot of animal prints?
