145.6…Happy Holidays!
Merry Christmas Eve!!
I'm happy to report that Sunday night we enjoyed some extremely delicious burgers at Burger Night!
Burger with jack cheese, tomato, arugula, red onion, chipotle aioli with sweet potato fries.
Monday morning's breakfast was scrambled egg beaters with salsa, onions and cheddar cheese.
I ran some errands, stopping at Jersey Mike's for a turkey provolone sandwich for lunch.
Later that evening we took my son to basketball practice and had dinner at Mia Francesca. I ordered the sea bass. Delish.
Yesterday morning's breakfast was an English muffin with peanut butter.
I took my daughter to horseback riding lessons and came home to pack and do laundry. Lunch was a turkey sandwich, Pringles and a couple tangerines.
We went to the Poinsettia Bowl (San Diego State vs Navy) last night. San Diego State lost the game at the very end. I had a few chips and a couple of sliders.
Breakfast this morning was a fried egg sandwich.
I got ready, packed up and we all hit the road for Los Angeles to celebrate Christmas with my mom, brother and sister in law. We stopped at Taco Bell for a quick lunch. I have to say that Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. Ever.
We will be traveling on and off through New Years. I will be taking a blogging break during that time. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here's to 2015!
