145.6…Lots O Cake
On Wednesday night we had a school event to attend and were able to fit in a quick dinner at Villa Capri. My meal started with the Di Campo Salad (mixed greens with wedge tomato, shaved carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing).
That was followed with Vitello ai Limone (veal scaloppine sautéed with a lemon butter sauce and capers):
Yesterday's breakfast was toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit.
I had parent/teacher conferences so I attended those then went to lunch at Chipotle with my husband. I had the chicken bowl with lots of hot sauce and guacamole.
Last night we went to Joe's company's holiday party at the 94th Aero Squadron restaurant. Dinner was served buffet style and as usual, I got a bit of everything which resulted in a plate weighing 10 pounds.
The food was delicious! But best of all, was dessert. There were about 10 different cakes to choose from. I had a hard time deciding so I got a small piece of most of them.
Of course I did.
Breakfast this morning was a toasted English muffin with peanut butter.
After taking the kids to school, I went to a couple of meetings and came home for lunch. Tuna salad, blah blah blah:
Tonight my son has cotillion then we are going out to dinner afterwards. Tomorrow we are headed to Disneyland! Have a great weekend!
Any fun weekend plans?

Well, the Grand Opening of our BBQ restaurant is this Sunday, so that's pretty exciting.
