147.8...I Love Eggs
Wednesday night I took my daughter to a perfume making class. It’s the same class we went to last year, taught by Dana of Pastiche.
I enjoyed their signature cocktail made with gin, lime, rose water, cucumber and muddled mint. I also scarfed down several of these little delicious tea sandwiches.
We had a great time creating our fragrance. It’s such a fun mother-daughter event each year!
Breakfast Thursday morning was my current favorite. For me, having eggs for breakfast is the best. I find that if I eat anything else, I don’t stay full for as long.
I volunteered at the school all day yesterday…well…it was a half day of school yesterday so I volunteered for the whole half day. :) The kiddos wanted Taco Bell for lunch. I had the Fiesta Taco Salad and didn’t eat the shell.
I loaded it with tons of salsa and hot sauce and it was really filling…about 420 calories without the shell.
Dinner last night was Easy Creamy Crock-Pot Chicken Tikka Masala leftovers with brown rice and peas.
Guess what I had for breakfast this morning?
Eggs! Eggs were the theme of the day…..
After drop off, I went to Pure Cardio class. Lunch was….eggs! Egg salad on toast to be exact and a salad.
Then the baking craziness began. We are going to visit my mom this weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day and I’m bringing a bunch of treats!
Bernice’s Pumpkin Bread, Soft Batch Style Chocolate Chip Cookies, Rice Krispy Treats and Lemon Cake.
Happy weekend everyone!
What are you Mother’s Day plans?
