142.4...Back to the Basics
After my weekend of indulgences, it was time to get back to the basics: counting calories, smaller portions and exercising. Monday night, my husband wasn’t home until later so I do what I do most of the time when he’s not home for dinner: make salmon. And not just any salmon, my favorite salmon recipe EVER: Amazing Salmon.
It was delicious with a simple salad dressing with Girard’s Light Champagne Vinaigrette.
I enjoyed my breakfast on Tuesday because I bought more avocados. Yes!
I went to Sculpt class and Luna Grill for lunch.
Greek salad with chicken kabob. I think it’s a requirement for me to eat this once a week. I need it in my life.
Last night I went with some friend’s to the San Diego Film Festival’s screening of “The Overnight.” There was a cocktail hour before the film. They did have pizza and a cheese platter but I find something strange about eating pizza slices out of a box when wearing cocktail attire. Lol. So I skipped it.
The movie was hilarious and we had a great time!!
By the time I got home, it was too late to eat so I skipped it. Me skipping a meal is completely unheard of. I will try to never let it happen again. :)
I was more than ready for my favorite breakfast this morning.
I went to Zumba class and Subway for lunch.
Tonight I have some friends coming over for a special little party. Can’t wait to share it with you soon!
How often do you skip meals?
