Last night I went with my friends to dinner and a movie. 

We went to Tuscany in Carlsbad. We all shared the Salumi Board (Italian meats & cheese, eggplant caponata, olives):

As well as the Caprese Flatbread (wild arugula, pesto, tomato, mozzarella):

I really like the flatbread the best. 

For my entree, I ordered the Sea Bass (fresh caught sea bass, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, sun dried tomato, bloomsdale spinach):

It was tasty but the fish was a bit overcooked for me. Overall, I wasn’t super impressed with Tuscany but would still go back and try it again.

After dinner, we walked over to Cinepolis to see our movie. And not just any movie…..

Magic Mike XXL. 

They had a sneak preview of the movie (which actually opens today) complete with Magic Mike “models”. 

Lol. Not really sure what their purpose was. 

The theater was packed with women. Duh. The movie was hilarious. All the screaming women in the theater was the icing on the cake. 

If you saw the first one, you have to see this one. SO much better than the first one. 

Breakfast this morning was the usual. 

I went to spin class, an appointment, errands and lunch at Luna Grill.

Greek Salad with a chicken kabob.
