145.6...Weekend Eating
My weekend eating is very different that my eats during the week. I can usually keep the healthy eating in check during the week but come Friday, I seem to loose all control. Oh well…at least I’m consistent!
Friday night, my husband picked up Brett’s BBQ. I had a quarter BBQ chicken with cole slaw and baked beans.
Saturday’s breakfast was the usual.
My son had flag football practice and a basketball game. I then dropped him off at a birthday party and my daughter and I had lunch and ran errands. We ate at Chili’s. She loves it. I definitely did not love what I ordered.
I had the Santa Fe Chicken Salad minus the crispy tortilla strips. I should have asked for my dressing on the side. It was loaded with dressing. Ugh. Note to self.
After lunch, we stopped by Menchi’s for some frozen yogurt. I felt like I needed something good after the disappointing lunch.
I had pumpkin and cinnamon roll flavors. Basically tasted like fall in a cup.
For dinner, we picked up Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza’s Chopped Chicken Salad and Leucadia Pizza.
Sunday’s breakfast:
We drove to Los Angeles for my niece’s birthday. The kids saw a movie and we had lunch at Yamato. My meal started with the standard onion soup and green salad.
I ordered the NY steak and Tuna with fried rice.
Yum!!
We went back to my brother in law’s house for the rest of the day. They picked up Fresh Brothers for dinner. Pizza and salads!
Then it was time to drive back to San Diego. Fun weekend!
Monday’s breakfast:
I took the kids to school, then went to spin class. Lunch was at Big Bang Sushi with Alicia.
Chili Garlic Edamame:
Miso Soup:
Salmon, yellowtail and tuna sushi:
Hot Night and Marine Boy rolls:
I had heard that President Obama was golfing in my neighborhood and it proved to be true. If you missed it, check out my video where I actually met him and shook his hand. Still blows my mind that that happened!
Last night we went to the Monday Night Chargers vs. Steelers football game!
I had a mixed meat sandwich for dinner.
Such a fun game until we lost. BOO! I think I need to stop cheering for teams that stress me out. Between the Chargers and USC Trojans, I can’t take much more!!
Breakfast this morning:
I dropped the kids off at school, then went to Cardio Strength class. That class really kicks my butt but I feel amazing after.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich, leftover cole slaw and salad.
Do your healthy eating habits die over the weekend like mine usually do?
