144.8...Romantic Tacos
Our last night in Deer Valley was Valentine’s Day. There were 12 of us and we knew it would be impossible and overrated to go out anywhere for dinner so I made a romantic dinner of tacos for everyone.
I showed everyone how much I cared about them with with an assortment of hot sauces for their tacos. Besides tacos, I made Restaurant Style Mexican Rice, refried beans and My Favorite Guacamole.
Breakfast yesterday was half a bagel with cream cheese.
We packed up and headed to the airport. We ate at Squatters in the airport for brunch, I guess. I had the Breakfast Wrap.
We got home and I unpacked and started the laundry.
Last night was Bunco at Lisa’s house. She had a Valentine’s theme and everyone wore red. Dinner was a delicious meal of two types of pasta, meatballs and salad.
I was super tired last night so I didn’t stay too late. I had a great time catching up with everyone! Thank you Lisa!
Breakfast this morning:
I really missed this breakfast.
I ran errands this morning and finished the laundry. The kids are off school today so they both had playdates.
I met Alicia for lunch at Sushiya. Miso soup:
Salmon, tuna, yellowtail sushi:
En Fuego & Shogun Rolls:
Tomorrow we are off my husband’s company trip to Cabo! I’m unpacking the stuff for cold weather and replacing it with the stuff for warm weather!
What did you do for Valentine’s dinner?
