144.2...Hot or Cold?
On Monday night I reheated some Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce, rice and carrots for dinner.
I really love this chicken recipe. And it reheated perfectly!
Tuesday’s breakfast:
After I took the kids to school, I went to Cardio Strength class at the gym. It’s such a tough class, I’m always completely spent afterwards.
Lunch was at Green Spot Salad Company. When I went last week, I had plans to try something different but I decided at the last minute to order exactly what I did last time.
Seared Ahi Ginger Sesame Bowl with the sauce on the side. It’s really delicious, healthy and satisfying!
I spent the rest of the day paying bills, answering emails and cleaning off my desk. My husband had dinner plans so I roasted some salmon with lemon slices for dinner. I had the last of the leftover rice and steamed some broccoli.
Today’s breakfast:
After the school drop off, I went to spin class at the gym.
Lunch was leftover salad from wing night and tuna salad.
So, I just started reading Maria Menounos’ book: The EveryGirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness. She recommends drinking hot water for weight loss. I have a couple of friends who drink hot water regularly so that got me thinking that I should give it a try. Can’t hurt, right?
Do you drink hot water regularly? I love water but I’m more of a cold water girl so this should be interesting.

Just curious, do your kids eat the same thing for dinner? Do they eat salmon?
ReplyDeleteMy husband would love that ahi bowl; is it a daily? I didn't see it on their online menu.
And I usually drink room temperature water. I think hot water has a weird taste and only like ice water when it's hot.

ReplyDeleteLol. My daughter is picky and eats a separate meal. My son will eat most of the stuff I make except for fish. I'm a short order cook basically.
I didn't see the bowl on their online menu either. I think the bowls are new?
