145.6...Welcome Weekend!
Tuesday night was book club at Kate’s house. We discussed “The Good Girl”. I really enjoyed the book! I also really enjoyed how beautiful the snacks were that Kate put out!
Breakfast on Wednesday:
After school drop off, I hit the gym. I went to an appointment, then Marketplace Grill for lunch.
Grilled chicken Greek salad with a chicken kabob. The best.
I went to another appointment, then picked the kids up from school.
Dinner was tacos but I turned mine into a taco salad. Basically just a pile of all the taco fixings on a plate. It worked.
Thursday’s breakfast:
I went to the gym, followed by a tennis lesson. Lunch was tuna salad, crackers, celery and pickles.
Dinner was the taco leftovers from the night before. So good!
Friday’s breakfast:
I went to Orange Theory and got in an amazing workout. I was spent when I left.
Lunch was with some friends at Tabu Sushi.
I split the usual with Alicia. Miso soup:
Lemon Cilantro Roll:
Yellowtail, tuna and salmon sushi:
Gazuki Roll:
Love sushi. Love.
I took my son to basketball practice, then we came home for dinner. I had the leftovers of Siri’s One-Pot Mexican Pasta. Reheated so well!
Love this pasta!
I changed things up this morning. I had some lox in the freezer that I defrosted. I toasted some wheat bread, added the lox and Dijon mustard. Delish!
Lunch was the Chicken & Black Bean Bowl at El Pollo Loco. 480 calories and super filling! Really enjoyed it.
We went to my son’s basketball game and now we are home relaxing. Happy weekend!
Making any new recipes this weekend?
