144.0...Grapefruits & Skeletons
On Sunday night we went over to Alicia’s for dinner. She made her awesome pasta with meat sauce and a Caesar salad.
The perfect Sunday night dinner.
Monday’s breakfast:
I took the kids to school, then to the gym. Next up I ran errands including Target for some Halloween decorations. I’m not the biggest fan of Halloween decorations. My daughter has been begging me to buy “spooky” Halloween decorations forever. Last year I got things that were “too pretty” according to her. This year I finally bit the bullet.
Yep. He’s in front of our house now. My daughter is happy.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich, veggies and ranch dressing.
Last night I had dinner with some friends at Seasons 52. My meal started with Ahi Tuna Tartare (layered with wasabi-avocado mousse, tropical salsa, Hawaiian sea salt crisps):
I’ve had this before and really enjoy it.
My entree was Asian-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass (organic black rice, snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, micro wasabi):
The fish was really good!!
My breakfast this morning was fabulous because grapefruits were back in my life. One of my friends had read on my blog that I couldn’t buy grapefruits in the store anymore because they weren’t in season. She has a grapefruit tree and brought me tons of them. Thank you Melanie!!!!
I took the kids to school, then headed to the gym. I went to a PTO meeting then picked up the kids from school early because they had a half day. We went to El Pollo Loco for lunch. Black Bean Chicken Bowl:
It’s only 480 calories and so filling. I love this!
Do you put up Halloween decorations?
