I happily slept in a bit on Saturday. Breakfast was a tad bit different. I decided to scramble my eggs instead of poached.

Since Thanksgiving is fast approaching, I need to clean out my fridge. I had some leftover refried beans so I had them with scrambled eggs, green onions and cheddar cheese for breakfast.

  1. I'll have to remember the refried beans with the eggs - maybe some tortilla chips for scooping?

Doing my grocery shopping tonight - the latest I've ever waited - hopefully I'll still be able to find a fresh turkey breast!
